rain & pizza

We were craving pizza last night, so I rushed to the store and bought all the ingredients and rushed back. "Rushed" because we were forecasted to get quite a rain storm. [p]Here's one of the pizzas dressed:[p]pizza%204-10.JPG[p]I took it to the Medium Egg which was cruising at 550 degrees with platesetter and pizza stone. [p]Meanwhile, the sky started to look like this:[p]storm.JPG[p]And just shortly after I took that picture, the sky fell out. I got a bit distracted with the weather, but after about 10 minutes, this is what I got from the Egg:[p]pizzadone%204-10.JPG[p]The crust was a little burned around the edges, but otherwise the result was perfect. Got a little rained on, but it was worth it.[p]TRex
