Any one know anything about Nespresso coffee machi

I picked up one this weekend and can not find out anything about it? it's a Nespresso Professional ES 50. It came with about 400 of the coffee and exprsso "pods" these are not the K cups like my Kurig takes, but flat round disks. it is recommended for 1-5 people and small office use. It seems to be a "service" machine as they place it in your office and you buy the coffee?? they are all over Europe and other countries but no the USA, unless you have it placed at your place of work. they perfer high end placement :whistle: so I don't think they would want it is a lowly Hookers place LOL

It works AWESOME!!! this is going to be a bad thing LOL
it is heavy and very rugged and not a cheep machine by any means. any info would be great.
