chicken quarters and drumstiks

Dang this site is dangerous. I wanted opinions about cooking quarters and drumstiks same time and came across qbabes coffee crussted pork tenderloins recipe. Forgot my question!
Oh yeah! I'm bbq chicen tomorrow and thought i would ask a good start time to have ready after church about 2? I found great bbq sauce recipe off today show, only good thing from there lately. Maple, chilpolte bbq saucefrom March 25 show. Tanx for any suggestions!

    maple chipolte bbq sauce
    1 TBL canola oil
    1 cup white onions
    8 cloves garlic
    1 TBL dijon mustard
    1 TBL soy sauce
    1 cup ketchup
    2 cups crushed tomatoes
    1 cup fresh orange juice
    1/2 cup maple syrup
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    1 TBL chipolte adobo sauce
    2 chipotle chilies/(i couldn't find used canned in abdobo sauce)
    1 1/2 tsp salt/[p]saute onions garlic in canola oil until clear[p]add remaining ingredients simmer 20 min.[p]remove bay leaf then puree in blender[p]let cool [p]says good for basting chiken ribs [p]also good for marinating shrimp
