How Long To Cook a Whole Chicken?

I am doing a whole chicken tonight, with a plate setter, around 350.
Any idea how long this should cook (approximately)? The various recipes I've seen vary widely on this issue.

Don't know what yours weighs, but a 3 1/2 to 4lb. bird usually takes 1hr. to 1 1/4 hrs to reach 180° thigh in a preheated egg. Check with thermometer just to be sure.

Chicken Man, the spatcock chiken is hard to beat, takes about 45 to 60 min at 350 on a raised grill.
