Second batch of ABT's: What a difference a seed makes.

Hello,[p]I just made my second batch of ABT's. I was thoroughly impressed the first time that I cooked them. I personally was looking for a little more "heat" to them. This time instead of removing every last seed from the Jalapeno I decided to leave about 3 or 4 seeds behind in each pepper. Wow! What a difference a seed can make. These babies were pretty hot. Perfect for me but a little too much for my wife. I would never have thought that just a few seeds could make such an impact on the flavor. In summary though there is no such thing as a bad ABT. I love these things. Thanks to whoever invented these.[p]Thanks,
Kenny

PackerFan, a few Jalopeno seeds = a Mexican ipisiotomy. Enjoy.

PackerFan,[p]It's not the seeds in any pepper that makes them hot. It's the membrane and you want to leave all of it in the pepper if you like the heat. You can also sprinkle something like ground cayenne pepper over the top of your filling before you wrap them in bacon for additional heat. [p]Dave
