Tuff question! Rosemary with lamb and a few others, blue basil with most, but alas the weather got my basil. It should come back.

Lemon grass with oriental.
Cilantro for latin. -

Before Richard FL got real handy with the labels, he sent me this unmarked baggie of herb in the US Mail.... It wasn't bad. Hehehee.

Tough question. Thyme is good, but so is tarragon. Try it on a steak sometime! Basil and oregano for Italian cooks.
Ok, I have come to the conclusion that this question is unanswerable. :blink:I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
