What is your favourite herb?

I was thinking about this tonight while making a chicken stew. Thyme has always been my favourite cause it goes with anything.

Tuff question! Rosemary with lamb and a few others, blue basil with most, but alas the weather got my basil. It should come back.




Lemon grass with oriental.

Cilantro for latin.

Tough question. Thyme is good, but so is tarragon. Try it on a steak sometime! Basil and oregano for Italian cooks.
