Ross that is just outstandingSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Man that is hot pizza, :laugh: and looks great! They say the best pizza is baked at high temps but I'm still a little hesitant and will bake around 500°. I like your setup and some day will go with a fireproof gasket something like yours.
