Any good recipe for a ham ?

I am on my way to purchasing my first egg today. I would like to smoke up a Easter ham for the first cook. Looking for information on how much charcoal to use, cooking temps, mops, anything that will make my first cook one to remember.

The recipe sounds great. The only question is what is "Chef Williams honey praline"? Sounds like a commercial product.

If you can't find the Honey Praline you can use maple syrup...Heat it up in the microwave and inject into the ham.
