Pulled some shredded butt from the freezer last night. Heated covered in a deep skillet with just enough apple juice to get some steam on the meat. The apple juice gave a slightly sweet flavor, but did not overpower. Overall, the results were pretty good.

I'm thinking about wrapping some of my leftover butt in dough and grilling like DM did. Maybe adding some re fried beans and onions and shredded cheese.
