Hi All -

Looks like a great board, and I can't wait to meet the locals. Santa was very good to us this year and delivered a medium BGE on Christmas.

We're really happy with the cooker, and can't believe the huge jump in flavor over the "other" outdoor cookers on the porch.

Those birds have some nice color on them. That temp is higher than I usually go...I might try it your way next time.
