    Right now I switch between Niman Ranch and Colemans. They are both purveyers of naturally raised meats. I think they would probably be prime. They sell a lot to high end restaurants. The Colemans brisket runs $4.99 a pound at Fresh fields. Both are very good. [p]Brett
