Grilled Chicken Fajitas

Picked up a bunch of b/s breasts on sale this weekend so was looking to use some up. Last night it was fajitas, everything done on the Egg.. well, except for tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, cheese, but you get the idea. :)

Marinated the chicken in lime juice, oil, salt, chili powder, cumin, garlic and honey.

450* raised direct provided a nice char on the chicken and veggies. Pulled breasts at 160 and rested before slicing.

Sliced up and plated, leftovers for lunch today. Tasty meal.
