Different Weight Pork Butts

Need some advise, I'm doing my first Pulled Pork and ended up with two roasts that are different weights. One is 4 lbs and the other is 5.5 lbs. Do I have to worry about one cooking faster than the other? I have one Polder temperature probe, should I stick it in the smaller roast or does it matter.
Thanks
Ed

    Ohio Ed,
I think I'd put the probe in the small one and then take the small one out when appropriate. Do you have an instant read Thermometer? You could then check the large one occassionaly. Or you could then insert the probe into the large one and pull it out when it was done. I did 4 butts at one time and pulled them all when one was done, but I don't think any of them were that much bigger than another as you have.[p]TNW

The Naked Whiz,[p]Good advice. [p]Ed, I'm guessing the smaller will finish before the larger. I'd wrap the smaller in foil and hold it in an ice chest till the larger was done. That way you can pull both at the same time.[p]Ken

    BlueSmoke,
    Ken and TNW,
Thanks for the advise, thats a good suggestion to go ahead and take off the small one if it comes off first and keep in cooler.
    Thanks for your help.
