Rasberry Chipotle Pork Tenerloin
Folks-[p]Back in November, the Lawn Ranger posted a recipe for Rasberry Chipolte pork tenderloin. I thought I would try it tomorrow but the recipe says nothing about time, temp or cooking method. I assume I should marinate the tenterloin over night and then cook it direct until I get an internal temp of 140*. How long will that take and does that seem the proper way to cook a pork loin? At this point, I am planning on direct for approximately 1.5 hrs to hit 140* [p]Any help would be appreciated. Thanks again for the help!

Becks in MN,[p]I usually do mine direct on an elevated grid just so the drippings from the bacon don't cause me to flame out. It usually doesn't take me but 30 to 40 minutes to get a 1 pound tenderloin to 140. Hope this helps....sounds good.[p]Mike

Lawn Ranger,[p]Thanks for the help. I just purchased the pork loin and it weighs in at 5.25 lbs. Sounds like about 1.5 - 2 hours to get it to 140*.[p]Sound about right?
