K-SO-Dillas /Remodel 4 / FUNNY

Well - Got home today and put up a cabinet that goes above my big screen (yep - 57" of love) - things slowly getting back to normal...in this room! Keep reading - got a special surprise for you at the end and I promise - you will laugh! I still found the time to do some Steak & Cheese K-SO-Dillas on Scooby and Scrappy. I made eight in about 20 minutes at 450-500 and turned out great...kept them warm on the Weber gasser...but Scooby and Scrappy were rockin on mexican night!

Here's the mini...bad pic I know - but used the mini woo with stone - 10" grate - then another stone on top - the small had plate setter and stone on the tall GrateMates

Hey - this room is getting close - and yeah, that's the movie Ali on the TV - right about the time he knocks out George Foreman!

I told my wife - everything can change but if she tries to move this - she's in for a fight. It fits my fanny perfect!

Now for the funniest thing I've seen in a while. We have a Bassett Hound named Rosey. Full blooded and can whine and howl with the best of them. Well -all this remodeling has her a bit discombobulated but she never has a problem with sleeping...so here's Rosey - and if you ain't laughing - you ain't breathing!

    Jimmy I had Bassetts for 20 years. They are the most lovable dogs on earth.
    Now into Standard Poodles for the last 15.
    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd.

    Copper and Eddie need to meet Rosey just to see which one can sniff, whine, howl, and sleep the longest!

    Bassetts are great...loveable and just flat out funny. They have a great personality. Funny story - we took the pontoon out and pulled up on a small island...Rosey hops out and takes out on a sniff around the edge of the water...15 minutes later...here she comes around the other way...nose still an inch from the ground...and almost bumps into the pontoon. She looks up real quick and has a look on her face like "what the heck...how did you guys get in front of me"? Never seen such a funny and discombobulated look on a face in my life...just funny. I would have loved a picture.

    Poodles - my partner has a poodle...big Ol' girl...long legs and loves the water.
