Hello,[p]I need some help. I have had my egg for 2 weeks now and love it. I have been running my mouth at work about it so much that the guys I work with want some samples. I thought I might provide lunch tommorrow. I will be feeding 3 hungry sales people. The problem is I go into work at 9:30 AM. Anybody have any ideas of something I could throw on tonight and take off in morning? Or should I get up early and throw a simple chicken on or something. I was thinking maybe a spatchcock chicken or Beer Butt Chicken. I am expecting 4 new Dizzy Pig Rubs today that would be great for this occasion. I guess whatever I cook has to hold for a couple hours before we eat lunch. I thought about brisket or pulled pork but they take to long and are too big. Any opinions? [p]Thanks,
Kenny

    PackerFan,
Put a Butt on this evening when you get home. It ought to be ready right about the time you go to work. They will know why you've been running your mouth....

    PackerFan,
A boneless pork loin is always great for sandwiches hot or cold. I ususally cook a 4-5 pound loin for about 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Always a big hit at family picnics. It's something you can cook tonight and serve cold tomorrow.

    PackerFan,
3/4 to 1 pound pork tenderloins don't take long at all, and are guaranteed (if you don't overcook) to be a hit. I like them any way, but am especially fond of them marinated in Raspberry Chipotle Sauce and wrapped in bacon. Good luck![p]Mike
