Pork Roast question?????

I have a Costco bone-in Pork Roast in the freezer and would like to egg it.
I'm not sure whether or not the chine (backbone) in the Costco pork roasts have been cut/removed. I can't tell as it's frozen and I didn't look when fresh.
Any ideas or experience?

here is my idea let it thaw in the fridge for a couple days. take them off (or leave them on) then egg them..
i would cut it so it rolls out open then rub it egg it with some smoke, direct, raised. till 135 internal then sause as it comes up to 145. then slice off pieces. serve with some sauce on the side
