Cowboys were playing the despised so I thought I'd do some wings on the egg instead of the oven. I used the rig initially and should have left them that way but changed part way through. Cooked them at 350 and bought the wings that you have to trim yourself-not a big deal and saved some money.
Used the recipe for the Siracha sauce, which is pretty easy-1 cup of jelly/jam, 2 tbl spoons of some sort of sugar (I used brown), 2 tbl spoons of siracha (or more to taste), some back pepper. Like the Eagles, they were done pretty quick! The sauce is sweet and hot at the same time.
