Sometimes recipes just pop out at me like today. I was really surfing for a new driver I heard about and came upon this which is suppose to be done in pot which I have, but thought it would also be good converted to skewers, and use corn on cob instead of canned. To get the garlic in there you could make a paste and rub it on you corn, squash, and tomatoes. Add some good salsa and these have to be great tacos.
