I think direct, raised grid, 300-350. And I thought the internal target temp in the recipe was interesting in that it is what most of us have started using instead of the old higher pork recommendations.

that makes sense to me. . .and yea, you're right about the internal temps. .. so many recipes still want you to have pork that is dry as can be. ..[p]thx again, i'll have to try this one soon. ..
