This certainly would be easy and if the "simplicity" of the sauce makes it as good as they say, it would be worth a try...

    gonna have to give this a try. ..its always the easy ones that are the best .do you think you'd do it direct or indirect? what dome temp?[p]we love herb de provence, use it all the time at home, so this one would probably be an instant winner with my gang. . [p]thx

    I think direct, raised grid, 300-350. And I thought the internal target temp in the recipe was interesting in that it is what most of us have started using instead of the old higher pork recommendations.

    that makes sense to me. . .and yea, you're right about the internal temps. .. so many recipes still want you to have pork that is dry as can be. ..[p]thx again, i'll have to try this one soon. ..
