Hello guys and gals I have a 7lb roaster im going to spatchcock and season with whatever i can find . I am trying to find some methods to make sure it is a success. I have a xl and a plate setter . How should I approach this cook. All i have ever cooked is butts and steaks etc... no chicken .
Thanks for your advice eggheads I know yall wont lead me down the wrong path
