:laugh: since no one else is using it i may as well call it mine :laugh: down thirty pounds and holding since last january, going to drop another thirty, what beer is worse than budlight the budlight diet worked wonders but now im starting to enjoy the stuff :ermm: anyways, last january 230 pounds, this one 198, shooting for 160 knowing 10 will come back on

i graduated high school at 97 pounds, what happened :laugh: added a foot to my height and a foot or so to my waist since then

if i could afford the low carb macallans diet, i would be on it in a heartbeat, would need a liver transplant after a year but would be fun anyways :laugh: guinness is the ice fishing beer, the dark cans help keep it from freezing

was 255 last year...225 this time....had gotten down to 205 and put 20 back on...still happy with the 30 lost though....Goal this year is another 30 and to keep off at least 25 of it....

i actually hit 188 for a few days but it didnt last biggest reason for me to hit the 160 pound mark and then work on never passing 175 again. still good to have lost the amount i did and still kaept most of it off thru the year.
