Coffee Crusted Pork Tenderloin

I've got to tell you if you have NOT tried the coffee-crusted tenderloin from Qbabe's recipe collection (link below)...DO IT. My tenderloin came sliced in half already, so I rubbed all angles with the coffee rub, but tied them together to cook with a slice of bacon on top. Oh man, I can't stop eating it. Wonder how that rub would do on a brisket?[p]Thanks, Tonia. The crowd goes wild. Think I'll do these at eggFest in MD.[p]mShark
