Car Wash Mike,
Try, marinateing in a little olive oil,soy sauce, fresh
grated ginger, ground black pepper all to taste.
Marinate for 30min-hr. cook on egg at 300 deg or so
3-4min per side, direct. Tuna is best if served
rare or med rare.
Top with hollandase sauce. wow!

Mike, Congrats. You've got a happy banker![p]Grouper is great and versatile. It will be killer w/any of your favorite white fish recepies that call for sauteeing, baking, or grilling. I like to grill it w/oak @ about 350. I season it w/lemon, butter, black pepper, cayenne and kosher salt. [p]Tuna. Marinade it in terryaki, ground ginger black pepper and kosher salt. Sear each side @ 650+ degrees and serve medium rare w/soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi.
