We just recently purchased a Med. Egg. Just used it today for the
first time. I built a table, put it on our screened porch, and put a range hood over it to remove the smoke. It worked super!!!
We did a 3lb pork tenderloin, and it was the juciest best tasting
we have ever had!!!
We hope to get a small one as just the two of us now.[p]Tom

    JaneTom,[p] Welcome, you can get all your questions answered here...the"Wise One" posted to you below, but I would like to also add that "HE" has put together the most valuable piece of info relating to the egg and you can download it from my website in the "Cooks" section...titled Bill Wise BGE cookbook..its filled with recipes, tips, and avice all from this forum...its like the bible for the egg. between it and the forum you cant go wrong..throw away the manual that came with the egg....[p]Wess [p]

  • Shelby, it's more than a group, its more addictive than that. the only resturant I've gone to in the last 3 months is for Sushi! any thing else is betteroff off the egg and a whole lot more fun. i spend to much time each day tring to figure out what I'm am going to cook. happy smoking!
