At 250F, how long should it take to cook an avg. rack of babybacks? Also, where in the sam hill(Houston,TX) can you find pork buttS? Baby backs have been on since 6:00PM CST.

markthewood, you should be able to fine small ones at your grocery, describes as "Pork shoulder boston roast" or something like that. Or tell your butcher you want a Boston Butt.
