Which ribs are the leanest one can buy?

I've cooked a bunch of ribs and eaten many more in restaurants. I really like lean ribs and detest fatty ones. The best ribs I've cooked have been the ol' St. Louis style but I had some standard ol' Spare ribs at a very popular BBQ restaurant that were full of fat. I would think the two would have been similar.
What should I be purchasing? Spare? Baby-back? Other? Is there a certain cut I should look for? I want the lean and not the fat! Please advise! Thanks.

baby back or loin back ribs are more lean...but don't kid yourself - ribs ain't exactly health food.
st. louis style are spare ribs, just trimmed down some. -
Baby Backs. The ribs at the restaurant where technically done, but the fat had not been rendered out.
