First of all, HAPPY NEW YEAR !

I finally put on the new Rutland Gasket. So I am back on the saddle.

I have a Rib Eye Roast that I want to do on the EGG. Can I use Mad Max's way of doing it even without the bone ? Will it cook the same way ?
