Pork tenderloins are great...quick and easy. I usually rub a little olive oil on, then apply a good rub and marinade in soy sauce, garlic and a little lemon juice for a couple of hours. 30 mins at 3-350, flipping once and they are done!

Pee Wee,[p]I have a Coffee Crusted Pork Tenderloin that I do that is very good, if I say so myself! The recipe is under the Eggtoberfest 2003 section on my website...[p]There's a little work involved making the rub and sauce, but it's WORTH it! [p]Tonia

I put rub soaked in whiskey and rub it all over the tenderloin. It gave a wow taste with everyone.
