Hey buddy, good job on #2... I've been skunked the last few times ive been out. Gonna hunt every evening this week till the rain comes....again. How'd the dove hunt go? Our field has been too wet to cut the millet.

    I only saw 3 birds out there, and they were too high to get a shot. The weather was awful and there was almost no seed on the ground.

    I'm doing a pheasant tower shoot January 9th up in Rome.

    I've been seeing a lot of deer the past week or so, I passed on 2 then decided I may as well take one for the freezer. I'll probably take one more if I get the chance. Can't have too much meat.
