What is the best way to re-heat ribs to help retain the original flavor and doneness?

  • Hey EJ, just did my first rib cook a few days ago. I asked a question about serving time and Carwash Mike offered some great reheating advice.

"Go ahead and slice them up. Place in a aluminum pan with 8 oz apple juice. Cover with foil. Reheat at 250 in the oven. "

I did this with the leftover ribs (took about 25 mins) and they were great. We sauced them up a little after they were warm and demolished them all.

    Happy eating,
    Bryan
  • These were my 1st cook on Christmas day! They were CWM recipe and they were great, I just did not want them to be overcooked and dry from reheatint. Thanks for the advise.
