Nice to see the snow. Was out in Colorado about two weeks ago and racked up my thumb, so I had to cancel my New Years ski trip this coming week. :( -
That looks really good. How about posting the salmon recipe? As much of that as I eat I'm always on the lookout for something new to try with it.
Looks like the time/temperature chart on my site was dead on for your weight of roast. I've gotten about 30 e-mails this week, some confirming the times and some giving me new weights that were not on the chart. -
