Ross in Ventura
Posts: 7,234
We had 25 relatives over for Christmas dinner My wife Jackie made a delicious Lasagna her nephew brought a Ham her sister brought a salad and rolls there was so much food that it wouldn't fit on the table
Cut up the point that I cooked last Saturday into 1-in. peaces
In the Egg @250*for 3-hrs.Dusted with Simply Marvelous Sweet and Spicy
After 90-min. I put some Simply Marvelous Secret Cherry Sauce on it
After 3-hrs
After 10-min.
This was my first attempt at burnt Ends, all the company loved it except the one vegetarian

Wow, I bet the Cherry sauce on the ends was rockin', which the last picture proves (although if they tasted the way they look, I could have knocked back half the pan without sharing  ).
Definitely one I will have to try with the ribeye ends and trimmings over holidays.
Thanks for sharing,

Very nice looking, sorry for that empty pan though. It would have been nice to have some leftovers.
