Hot off the wire! I bought this 9.48 pound choice prime rib late this afternoon. Before going to the butcher shop I was planning on buying a full sub primal until I had to shoehorn some ribs and Cornish hens into the freezer. My mind saw TILT better back off.

Used my Food Saver and trick using a FS bag sleeve inside the Drybag and presto-change-o that chunk has a new breathing skin to see it through the next 28 days at the bottom of our main refrig.
