    This might help.

Yes! It's great... oil the fillet with canola oil and season with lemon juice and your favorite dizzy pig rub. Cook on aluminum foil for grills ( small holes punched into it) and save yourself a lot of trouble. Cook direct over 300º Egg (using foil) or indirect without foil for 4 minutes per side, checking often. Fish is done when it flakes with a fork. It's also geat in a foil pouch with butter, lemon and small cut up veggies such as squash or zucchini and a little onion.

  • I plank 'em. Alder is my preference. Soak it an hour, place fish on plank skin side down. Salt, pepper, whatever rub u like ( I use Garam masala), brush with oil, cover with thinly sliced lemons. Grill direct at 400 to internal temp of 145. Serve with a dollop of your favorite compound butter over jasmine rice.

I do mine on cedar plank at 350 for 10 min. A little old bay seasoning on the fillet.
