Tonight I made Rack of Lamb (following the recipe on the Dizzy Pig web site). If you are a lamb fan an lamb chops, this is a "must try" item. The Red Eye rub gives an excellent flavor to accompany the natural flavor of the lamb. Thanks NB foe the idea!![p]Smokey
