Whwn you cooked your Potato wedges, what temp did you use for cooking them in the oven and what temp for on the Egg?

    Nate Dogg,[p]I didn't peel them...seems like I pre-cooked them in the oven at around baking temperature, i.e., 350° and on the egg at about the same temp, but maybe just a tad hotter. Essentially, precooking them in the oven offers the ability of doing the wedges on the cooker to get some smoke flavor and nice grid marks, but doesn't allow them to fall apart. If you bake a potato in the egg @ 350° for 1-1.5 hrs, it's gonna turn out just like in the oven, but if you try that with the wedges, they're gonna fall apart long before that, because they're cut apart.[p]Hope I'm not too late...[p]Tonia
