    I like Cowboy for it's "no smoke" flavor. Very neutral. If I add cherry or pecan, that's all I get. Not knocking R/O or any of the Premiums. I love them too, but, Cowboy is my go to for no smoke added, high heat cooking.

    Cowboy on low heat: I get a consistant 20+ hour burn using digi-Q managment with a twin butt or butt and brisket loading.

    Cowboy downside: I do occasionally find a piece of something strange in the bag, but, not often. I just drop it into the trash.

    Cowboy Upside: Decent product for the price, and, with the neutral flavor, it has a niche and I deliberately choose it.
