Frank,[p]It doesn't get much easier than tossing them in Yoshida (or a similar teriyaki style) Sauce and putting them on the Egg. If they're big enough you can thread them on bamboo skewers - soak the skewers for half an hour or so to delay burning. Otherwise just toss them in a veggie basket so they don't fall through.[p]You want a 350 to 400 degree fire, and you'll only need 5 or 6 minutes. Turn (or toss) them once during the cook.[p]Ken
  • BlueSmoke,

take a pound of large shrimp, buterfly them.[p]Take some crab meat and saute it with some garlic and olive oil.[p]stuff the crab meat into the shrimp and wrap in bacon. Cook at round 400 degree for 5 min per side or until bacon is cooked.

    Frank,
QBabe did a great shrimp appetizer at the first annual Florida Q-Fest.[p]Skewer shrimp on bamboo skewers and sprinkle with Raging River Rub (A Dizzy Pig product) and put on a hot grill in the 400 range for about 4-6 minutes turning a few times.[p]Eat while hot for best flavor. FOr a link to the Dizzy site, see below[p]Banker John

  • Nate Dogg,EGGCELLENT!! We have also tried this using the imitation pre-cooked crabmeat with some Dizzy Pig rub, olive oil, garlic powder and bacon wrap around the shrimp... It does not get better than this!!!
