I just got a BGE recently and am starting to experiment with it. (No smoker experience) I am planning to cook some chicken breasts tonight. I have a recipe that I took off the BGE web site. It says to cook 2 minutes on one side, flip and brush on sauce, 2 minutes later flip and brush on sauce again. It then says to cook for another 12-15 minutes until done. I assume you would have to flip sometime during the last 12-15 minutes?? I know this is not a gas grill either. Please advise, thanks, JC

JC, not necessarily. The main purpose of the flipping is to get nice grill marks on both sides. Since the BGE is intended for use with the lid closed, it will cook uniformly through without flipping. Most of my fish for instance, I never flip.
