Squid Recipe Posted

Howdy. Thanks for reminding me Cat, I have posted the squid recipe I used at the eggfest. The only thing I forgot to mention, is that the smaller squids, with bodies shorter than about 6 inches are the most tender, but if cooked this way, even the larger ones will probably be more tender than what you have had in the past. Cleaning the squid gets much easier the second time you do it. If your fish monger cleans them, tell them to leave the bodies whole.[p]Cheers!

Nature Boy,
Thanks for posting. There was some excellent, fresh, cleaned squid at the grocery store yesterday. I'll certainly try this recipe. Thanks again,
Gretl

Gretl,
My pleasure. Buying cleaned squid will save some time. Other than the cleaning, the recipe is very quick and easy.[p]Enjoy
