Dry-aged, bone-in, choice prime rib on sale in MSP

If anyone is in (or near) the Minneapolis/St. Paul area I just noticed that Lunds and Byerly's are having a sale on bone-in, dry-aged, choice standing rib roasts through December 24th.

Normal price is $16.99/pound and sale price is $9.99/pound.

If I picked one of these up on December 24th would I be able to safely save it in the fridge until New Years Eve?

I don't have room in the freezer (unless I get a chest freezer for xmas). I also don't have a vacuum packer but could almost afford to get one with the price difference on this hunk of meat.

I know USDA says 3-5 days for safe storage times in the fridge but I don't know if the dry-aging will shorten that.

If you have a garage or basement fridge that does not get opened a lot go for it.
At least a meat keeper drawer in a well used fridge can work also.

Opening the door a lot and closing it puts warm room air on product and condensation starts and you can get spoilage.
