I have a 5 pound top sirloin roast for Sunday. Any suggestions on prepping and cooking?

    Borders,[p]Heres a fine suggestion: send it to 10237 Millport................ We are1 hour away from pulling off twin "aint your momma's meatloafs", plan on serving it with some toasted sourdough bread & roasted Garlic Heads smothered in olive oil, thyme, seasalt and pepper. [p]Mike
