I cooked two braids Friday and both burned on the bottom. One was the meat and cheese the other was the apple one made with puff pastry. I used the plate setter, stone, screen, and parchment paper. The temp was about 350 when I opened the egg to put everything in it. The tops were not completely browned, so I don't think I overcooked them. What do you think I'm doing wrong? That was the second attempt with the puff pastry and the other one turned out that way too!
Thanks,
Ryan
