Anyone know which way to roll the steak,,,,with the grain or against the grain. I have sliced it into 2 peices and ready to roll.....thanks

bigarms,[p]You want to roll it so you are slicing it against the grain. I guess that is rolling it against the grain but I'm not sure, it has been a loooong day.[p]

Chuck,[p] You would want to roll WITH the grain if you wish to slice AGAINST the grain for the final presentation. Fortunately for me, my day has been spent on the couch contemplating the answer to this in depth question. LOL
