Made my 1st meal on the Egg tonight! Pork tenderloins! WOW! They were awesome.[p]I used 2 handfulls of Mesquite chunks and they were a bit strong, but the meat was so tender and juicy.[p]375-400 degrees for about 15 min a side. Not very hard at all.[p]Chicen next and then some steaks, I can't wait!

    Nate Dogg,
Nothing like pork tenderloins on the Egg. Funny thing...a meat comparison rating in the most recent Cook's Illustrated magazine, pork tenderloins scored very low because, according to CI, they're so lean the meat is too dry. Well, not when you Egg them (and marinate first, IMHO). The BEST.
    Glad you're on board.
    Cheers,
