A former South Vietnam Army officer who works with my wife gave us this cook book. The Foods of Vietnam by Nicole Routhier. It has many stir fry recipes as well as other traditional recipes from soups, main dishes and deserts that are described in detail and has beautiful pictures .The appendix describes ALL the vegetables, sauces,spices & ingredients used in Vietnamese cooking.
A must if you use a wok or just like asian food.

    One of my favorite restaurants is a Vietmanese restaurant that also has some Chinese dishes on the menu in order to appeal to the masses. It has been voted Siouxlands best for a number of years. I'll be on the lookout for this book. Thanks for the info!
