A Dizzy Day

What a dizzy day I had. Painted the room in the basement, then decided I needed a reward for lunch. That was simple. Dizzy Pig Cow Lick burgers. They were fantastic. Just what I needed after a hard morning of painting. Then my wife said “I want a spatchcocked chicken for dinner”. Her favorite thing from the egg. No problem. More time with my green girl friend. Rubbed Tsunami Spin under the skin. Then shoved some Thyme and Rosemary springs under there. An hour later we had dinner. What a day with Dizzy Pig. Thanks Chris.
