Pulled pork today?

I normally cook it low and slow but want some today?I put on my 9lb bone in pork butt at 7:30 this a.m. . Any suggestions as to dome temp to enjoy today would be appreceiated. I've already started at 300. Thanx for any help/suggestions.

    GreggsEgg,[p]You won't get as pretty a smoke ring or as smokey taste, but you can cook the butt as high as 350° and the results will be excellent, just not "perfect".[p]Sometime, get me to pull out the narritive where I cooked onr butt low and slow (225°), then immediately cooked another @ 350°. Both were cooked to an internal temp of 195°, both had the same rub. Many of those consuming the pork couldn't tell the difference. The low-and-slow had a better smoke ring, more pronounced smoke taste, and I *think* a better texture. [p]Either was far superior to any commercially available.[p]BOB
