I have tried a lot of pork rib rubs and I keep coming back to the following two:[p]Walter Jetton's (cook for LBJ) rub:
6 parts salt (I tend to reduce this)
6 parts sugar
1 part dry lemon powder
2 parts MSG
2 1/2 parts black pepper
1 part paprika[p]The other rub it TexJoy Steak Seasoning.
From http://www.texjoy.com/[p]Just tried Gilded Splinters. I thought it came close to TexJoy.[p]Toy Man
